Marketyze Internship Program 2024
This program is designed for passionate, creative, and open-minded youth and offers hands-on experiences as interns get to explore the various sectors of business. As always, the MIP program aims to provide all interns with real-world skills and prepare them for future executive positions.
Eligibility
- • Students in Grade 8 - 11
- • MIP has an estimated weekly time commitment of 3-5 hours per week
Activities
- • Rotate between three different Marketyze teams;
- • Attend weekly team meetings and complete assigned tasks;
- • Participate in bonding/team building activities
Timeline
April 19, 2024 - July 14, 2024
What will each rotation look like?
Week 1 - Week 3: Working in a specific Marketyze team
Week 4: Each intern will complete a Check-In form asking specific questions about their experience working in the most recent team. This allows for the opportunity to improve operations for future rotations.

Each intern will be assigned a mentor, a Marketyze executive, who will be there to assist and support them whenever needed.
Interns will participate in three fun kick-off events to begin their term. This will be followed by a series of donut chats, bonding activities, and water coolers to develop connections with Marketyze executives and fellow interns!
Interns will be assigned into groups of 3 people to work towards a final Cumulative Initiative throughout the three rotations. Interns will pitch their project to the CEO of Marketyze, where they will get the chance to win various awards & prizes.
At the end of the MIP program, emails will be sent to interns who receive an invitation to join Marketyze's executive team for the following term. Approval will be granted by each of their three team leaders along with program leaders. The email will include a specific position to which the intern is temporarily assigned. The intern can either accept the position or request further negotiations.
